The Aim of BRWS is to Empower People so that they can Care for themselves.

Women being the vulnerable group enjoy the focus of BRWS's work. BRWS believes in Self reliance for itself, without which no organisation can sustain.

To reach the aim following activities are undertaken:

• Trained Nurses and Technicians to meet the long demand of the Private Hospitals and Elderly people at home.
  
  
• Establish a model and effective Referral Service through the BRWS Urban Hospitals.
  
  
• Create a Replicable Sustainable Comprehensive Health Care Model, with bottom up approach which should serve the middle income group people and generate money to subsidise care for the rural poor.
  
  
• Help women to form Self Help Groups (SHG), which can provide them a platform to exercise their rights.
  
  
• Help women find access to micro credit Economic Empowerment.
  
  
• Help develop leadership amongst Women so that (elected through the Political process) they can serve people, runing the Panchayat (Government) at the village level.
  
  
• Introduce multicrop amongst Tribals in Rocky-Forest areas and undertake livelihood using local resources so that finally local forests get saved, thereby maintaining ecological balance.
