2005-2006
Pressure Group activities resulted to Development activities by Govt. including rebuilding Mayurjharna Dam at Amlasole .
BRWS Garia hospital bed strength raised from 10 to 26 beds.
2004-2005 Govt. decides to rebuild, the Mayurjharna Dam in Amlasole as per suggestions put forward by BRWS.
2003-2004
Health and Literacy Programs reach saturation point in "Andharmanik project".
Relief work in Kankrajhore for starvation death. Initiation of Micro enterprise programme in Andharmanik area.
2002-2003
BRWS Silver Jubilee Hospital (Outdoor & Diagnostic) open at Unnayan Bengal Ambuja, Survey Park, Santoshpur, graced by the Health Minister of West Bengal.

Growing Demand for Contraceptives and Sterilization resulted to lowering of birth rate in Rural Project Areas from 35 to 14 / 1000.

Inclusion of Traditional Birth Attendants (TBA) in the Rural Health team.
165 actively working Self Help Groups in Rural Projects Areas.
Economically self-reliant Pre-primary School in Jeadargote.
2000-2001 Transformation of rural Mahila Samiti-s to Self Help Group (SHG).
